  Notes of Construction

  The quality of the asphalt and concrete base shall meet the standard before construction. The temperature on site shall be between 5°C~38°C and relative humidity shall be below 70%. The base should be clean and dry. Materials should be maintained in clean and dry conditions as well in storage. Before use, check the moisture both in the binder and the base, then test the gradient and evenness of the site surface. Sizing material can be applied on the place where is not plain. According to the runway width and design, mark the paving track.

1.	Check and list all the material's type and quantity. The broken package should be treated properly if any to avoid loss.
2.	Make sure all the machines including spreading machine, spraying machine and stirring machine work well.
3.	Prepare the sizing materials according to the formula. Stop using if the extra water is added.
4.	Test the temperature of the site and, and then perform an experiment on a small area.

Emergency:

1.	Rain suddenly: stop making ingredient at once and cover the blender, material with plastic film.If any adhesive cement is in the blender, put them away.
2.	Wind blowing: stop all the procedures and clear the junk.
3.	Power failure: repair hardwire at once. If fail, stop all the procedure and deal with the waste in the blender.
