General
It adopts the high quantity long lifetime components, the SMT manufacturing craft, the microprocessing and Electro Magnetic Compatibility(EMC) technology, and is reliable in performance. It conforms to IEC 62053-21 standard: Static meter for active energy (Class 1 and Class 2 ), the standard of GB/T 15284-2002 Multirate Energy Meter, and the communication protocol adopted conforms to the standard: DL/T 645-1997 Communication Protocol of Multifunction Energy Meter.
