Machine frame:

 Frame is produced by A40 × 40 mm state standard square tube, machine supported by adjustable goblet. the top of assembly line equipped with fluorescent lamp light source and lamp-chimney;

Table plate:

 The table board is produced by plastic fire prevention board (δ = 18 mm), laid δ = 1.8 mm green anti-static rubber, edged by special aluminum surrounded, beautiful and durable;

Conductive rail:

Using hand push plug-in line special aluminum slide rail, rail spacing 0-350 mm adjustable,

bilateral arrangement.  Each station configured: one 600 mm x 400 mm x 750 mm workbench, one components box, one A4 transparent process drawing board, one multi-function extension socket, a set of multi-channel waveform generator, tool box (optional) and steel round stool (optional);

Lighting:

The fixtures made by 40 x 40 tube , with 40 w fluorescent tubes, bilateral arrangement.

Working table :

Among all the way in the fixtures are a process guidance card frame, the H type aluminum

guide production, each station layout a piece of A4 transparent looking plate rubber sleeve.

Components box article hang:

In the light stand on both sides set two ways component box  ,

choose 30 × 30 mm of Angle steel production.

Body color :

Surface using computer white plastic spraying or customers custom color.
