Basing on our years' research on the integrants and production process of high-performance insulation materials, we have adopted the top-class unsaturated polyester to manufacture the fiber-reinforcement polyester board (also called SMC: Sheet Molding Compound), allowing us to produce the state-of-the-art compound cabinets used for LV branch box (cable branch box), power box, illumination box, metering box, outdoor HV branch box, outdoor loop-network cabinet and outdoor cabinet-type transformer station, as well as communication cabinet, optical circuit distribution box and street lamp/communication control cabinet.
As an ideal substitute for the traditional metallic cabinets, the SMC cabinet is characterized by electrical & thermal insulation, flame retardation & low-smoke, aging resistance, corrosion prevention, heat & cold endurance, simple structure, easy assembly, esthetic appearance, light weight and flexible application. SMC HV/LV distribution cabinets and communication & control cabinets can be widely applied in transformer (distribution) stations, industrial and mining establishments, street/highway sides, residential quarters, commercial buildings and other public spaces.
