Submersible pumps are wildly used in farm irrigation, mine drainage, mineral petroleum, terrestrial heat heating, no-tower water supply, particular fields of industrial, agriculture and daily life. Submersible motor, the motive force part of the submersible pump, are used as wet motors in fluids which falls into clear water, hot water, acidic, alkali, salt fluid, oil or mixed liquid. The cooling of winding wire for submersible pump motor can be fall into intra-extra liquid convection cooling, mechanical seal or sealing element with clear water or oil inside, thus the wires used in submersible motor windings require high-quality insulation that is completely impervious to liquids, and ensure trouble-free operation and long motor life under particular operating conditions of different liquid erosion, high temperature, high voltage. Our wires are specially designed to meet the requirements of this application. The wires are made of single conductor or multi-conductor with special plastic insulation and jacket. We have following standard wire sizes, other special purpose or requirement can be made according to customers’ requests.

Modified-Fluoroplastic insulation heat resistance submersible motor winding wire

This product is applied to water-filled high temperature submersible pump motor of A.C rated voltage 600/1000V and the electronics working under similar conditions, simplified FE wire.

1.  FE wire rated AC voltage U./U is 600/1000V

2.  FE wire is applied to long-time work in water, PH value 3-10

3.  FE wire long-time working temperature should be less than 150°C

4.  The outstanding characteristic of FE wire is tolerant to hot water
