Usage: ( brief introduction)

Extracting broken screws, taps, bolts in machinery &work pieces, without damage to the work piece

 

Application:

1. To remove or crush a broken screw in machine or metal sheet without any damage to the workpieces 2. Processing ordinary metal and cemented carbide, making small holes which used as EDM Drilling machine.

3. Make letters in roll or other metals.        

4. Force pin/rivet into work pieces.

Application method:

  

1. Electrode shape and dimension shall be determined by processing demand, brass wire, brass bar and copper pipe can be used as electrode.

2. Use kerosene and tap water as working fluid. Beware of fluid surface level, location and temperature in case of fire while using kerosene.
