MACHINE FEATURES

DDL 800 Horizontal Directional Drilling Rig is special designed by Nanjing Dilong No-dig Engineering Co.,Ltd for the oversea countries.

DDL800 employed the 239 KW Cummins power engine. The advanced control ability is designed with the electric and hydraulic loading system. The drilling rig is equipped with the system of gear-rack thrust. The advanced system, reasonable overall arrangement of the rig, the refined craftsmanship as well as the beautiful shape make DDL 800 rig a competitive model. In uniform or mixed soil, DDL800's drilling length can reach to 900 meters and its drilling diameter can reach to 1.3 meters. (Depend on soil condition)

A   Push-pull System

The pull-push system employed the high quality gear-track parts which makes it work more reliable and stable.

B   Engine

DDL800 equipped with Cummins C325 engine. The outlet power is 239KW.

C    Clamp

The special-designed inclined structure clamp makes the operator easier to control the loading system. The advanced loading system makes the drill rod loading process more efficient and prolongs the life of the connection part of the drill rod.

D   Walking state

DDL 800 equipped with steel chain which makes it can walk in different situation. The steel chain is more solid which can reduce the transporting cost. The rig adopts wired remote control so that the workers have broader vision and keep safe distance from the rig.
