Canvas fabric conveyor belt is made of three parts,the top,the core and the bottom.The core is made of
several plies canvas sticking together.The top and bottom are made of rubber.It is used for conveying
materials in shape of mass,granular and powder.
Classify:
The canvas fabric conveyor belts can be divided into four kinds by the canvas:A. Nylon/Nylon (NN) Carcass
Lower longitudinal elongation
Higher tensile strength
Good flexibility and troughability
Good resistance to mildew, moisture and rotting
Good resistance to edge wear
Excellent impact resistance
Unaffected by alkalies and weak acids
Suitable for conveying material over long distances
B. Polyestor/Nylon (EP) Carcass
Besides having the advantages as listed for NN carcass belts, EP belts have the additional advantage
of lower longitudinal elongation.
C. Cotton/ Cotton (CC) Carcass
Suitable for most applications
Good bonding for rubber
Good fastener holding properties
D. Cotton/ Nylon (CN) Carcass
Good troughability
Resistance to longitudinal tearing and damage due to edge turn up
Improved resistance to impact damage
Lighter in weight
Better mechanical fastener holding properties

The canvas fabric conveyor belt can be divided by the into:heat resistant conveyor belt,cold
resistant conveyor belt,chemical resistant conveyor belt,oil resistant conveyor belt,etc.
Also we can design the belt as the customers' requirements.
Package:
For container shipments, belts are wound on steel cores. Outer surface of belt roll is covered with
rubberized fabric and sides are covered with plastic corrugated flanges.
