Usage 

Loading, unloading, transshipping or stacking all kinds of loose materials and packed products that bulk density is 500-2500 KG/M3 in the normal condition. The allowed sizes of materials depend on belt width, belt speed, groove angle and tilt angle, it is also related to the conveying frequency.

Components:

1. Belt: Rubber or plastic belt.

2. Driving part (electronic motor, high speed coupling, speed reducer, low speed coupling, and all of the devices can be installed on a fixing bearing. Or using an electronic roller as a driving device.)

3. Roller parts (Driving rollers and returning rollers)

4. Idler rollers parts (Trough idler rollers, parallel idler rollers, adjusting core idler rollers, and impact idler rollers , etc.)

5. Intensity device: At the and of the belt to keep the belt work smoothly.

6. unloading device (FIxed plow unloading device and electronic unloading vehicle)

7. Cleaning device (Elastic cleaning device in the front part, and empty segment cleaning device in the middle.)
