Screw conveyor
LSY type series spiral conveyor is a kind of new equipment with closed circular cross section shell, and use rotating helical blade to continuously push material conveying.
Main features:
Compact structure, small cross sectional area, light weight, good sealed performance, high transmission efficiency, process arrangement flexible, installed, tear down, easy moving, and safe operation. Applicable to transport all kinds of powder, granular, small in block material, such as clay powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain, small lumps, pebbles and cast iron chip, etc. Not suitable for conveying big viscosity, and easy to agglomerate, perishable materials.

Applicable materials
Loose materials such as powder, granular and small piece material, which includes: clay powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain, small piece of coal, cobble, and cast iron filings, etc.
It is not applicable for materials with high viscosity and easy to be curdled.
It is widely used for the loose cement transportation from cement warehouse to mixer or from cement warehouse to compounding machine in concrete mixing plant.
