SC1 Series AC contactor

1 Application range

SC1 Series AC contactor (hereinafter referred to as contactor), is mainly used in AC 50Hz(or 60Hz), voltage up to 690V, current up to 95A circuit, for remote connecting and breaking circuit, frequently starting and controlling AC motor. With the appropriate thermal relay to form electromagnetic starter,  it also can protect the possible occurrence of operating load circuit.

The products meet the standards of IEC60947-4-1 and GB14048.4.

3 Normal operation and installation conditions

3.1 The around air temperature: -5°C~+40°C, the average temperature in 24h is not more than   +35°C;

3.2 Altitude: the altitude of installation place is not more than 2000m;

3.3 The air conditions: the air relative humidity of installation location does not exceed 50% in the maximum temperature of 40°C, high relative humidity in the lower temperature allows, for example, 20 ° C up to 90%. Take special measures for the occasionally formed condensation caused by temperature change.

3.4 Contamination level : level 3

3.5 Installation type: type Ⅲ;

3.6 Installation conditions: the gradient between mounting surface and the vertical surface is not more than 5°;

3.7 Shock and vibration: the installation place should be no significant shock and vibration.
