Hydraulic system:

The open hydraulic system with three-pumps and three-circuits is adopted for this product.Main pump has the foundations of constant power control,pressure cut-off control,which promise the system to be more reliable than ever.The equipped leading overflow valve makes the overflow to be more safety.The main pumping circuit and “S”valve circuit are independent to each other,which makes the work system to be more reliable and changeover steady.Taper sealing and flange coupling can ensure the hydraulic circuit to be higher reliability,at the same time,it is simplicity and low cost to maintenance.

Electrical system:

24V direct-current supply is adopted for the electrical system.The electrical components come from the world-class brands,which guarantee higher reliability,easier troubleshooting.Diesel is equipped with automatic accerlerograph.Equipped wired or wireless remote controller upon demands is convenient to operate from long distance.Proximity switch used to control the direction of the main pumping ensures changeover steady and reliable.

Distribution system:

During the designing of key parts,such as hopper,“S”pipe and other vital components,the advanced modern design method is adopted to analyze its load distribution,construction rigidity and stress concentration,which makes the construction be more reasonable,and improve its rigidity and technology at the same time.The distribution system is equipped with floating antiwearing ring,which can automatically compensate the wearing gap between “cutting-ring”and “spectacle-plate”,thus guarantees the out put pressure of pump.High wearing parts “cutting-ring”and “spectacle-plate”are both made of anti-wearing alloy to ensure their work performance and increase their service life.Many kinds of supporting wheels,such as manual controller,hydraulic lifer,etc.is provided for selection.

Lubrication system:

The central automatic lubrication system comes with a piston grease-pump,features high pressure and reliability,which can realize automatic lubrication of piston.The filters at the outlet and the inlet of oil tank as double protections guarantee the system reliability.
