HZS Series concrete mixing plant

Made up of the ingredienting, mixing, electrical control system and so on, HZS series concrete batching plant is a full automation complete equipment with high precise microcomputer control system as well as single manual control, besides, the machine is equipped with matching memory, difference auto compensation and printing system, and so it can complete preconcerted production automatically.
This equipment applies to the concrete construction for industry and civil construction, such as highway, railway, bridge, electric power, irrigation works, port, air port and so on.
Product characteristics:
Integrating material storage, measure and mixing, this serial equipment is large scale concrete mixing equipment with high efficiency, while the main equipment adopts double-horizontal-shaft forced type concrete mixer with a 3.8 m discharging height. Not only it has the advantages like less investment, strong removability and less floor space of mixing plant, but also has high efficiency and reliability of mixing station.
1, Dust control
There is dust wiper with filter fixed on to the top of cement and fly ash storage silo, the dust form bulk-cement tanker shall be cleared away by the V2 dust wiper produced by Italy WAM, and discharge the clean air, while the dust is filtered in bin.
With anti-rain cover, the belt conveyor can prevent the aggregate from dust explosion.
With the dust wiper from Italy WAM, the dust from cement and fly ash weighing hopper, aggregate storage hopper, mixing mill and so on, then discharge the clean air, while the collected duct can be made secondary utilization.
The discharge standard of this mixing plant is in line with the requirement in GB10171-2005 “Technical condition for cement mixing plant (station)”, that is the dust concentration should be no more than 10 mg/m3 under the leeward of dust source by 50m and 1.7 m height.
2, Noise control
By improving the process precision, installation quality and reasonable connection, the noise can be reduced effectively.
Equipped with wearing resistant and anti-noise scaleboard in holding hopper, and so reduce the noise caused by impact.
Adopt Celotex to make whole seal for the machine to reduce the noise and play a role of constant temperature.
3, the using of waste water and scrap
There are three classes sedimentation tank built in mixing plant, and so all the waste water for washing the stirring mill and agitating truck is discharged into sedimentation tank, and then changed into clean water for reutilization after three class sedimentation.
The scrap in sedimentation tank can be used for producing prefabricated part like building block and so on in case cause secondary pollution.
