CLN771 membrane-specialized cleaning agent
1, Description
CLN771 is a kind of alkaline cleaning agent specialized for UF and NF membrane, compounded with various surface active agent, chelating agent, alkaline auxiliary agent and membrane protective agent. CLN771 can be high effective and efficient to clean out organic substance like various oily muck, biological substances, colloidal particle and solid precipitant on the membrane surface, improve the normal cleaning performance, optimize the operation of the membrane system. With the special membrane repairing function, CLN771 can extend the membrane working life.

4, Operation Instruction
Drain out all the residual water in the tank and scour the tank by clean water.
Dispensing initial solution: Add CLN771 into the deionized water to make the standard solution with 1%-3% concentration according to the situation of the polluted membrane, measure the PH of the solution and adjust to the suitable PH.
Circulating cleaning. Please keep the temperature around 40. The total cleaning time is 90-120 minutes.
Drain out all the water, and use the clean water with 40 to flush the residual cleaned water.
It is recommended to clean the tank by acid cleaning agent again.
5, Package
25kgs/barrel, packed in blue polyethylene plastic barrel.
6, Storage
Room temperature in 25 C.degree is recommended. Please keep it in cool and dry place, its quality guarantee is 12 months. Please use up quickly as possible after open the package.
7, Caution
Please put on the gas mask and protective gloves in the whole operation.
CLN771 is the mixture of organic matter, inorganic matter and microorganism, please adjust the reactive concentration because of the complexity of the membrane, or consult our technician.
