Darbond® Nickel Based Anti-Seize 2771 is one component, general purpose high temperature anti-seize lubricant. It is nickel based, mainly used as a lubricant under high pressure. Maximum working temperature can reach 760°C.

Typical Properties

Pure nickel based.Silver gray paste, withstands high temperatures to 760°C.Prevents corrosion and seizing under harsh environment.Used for lubricating chains in watercrafts, oil refining, industry equipment.Also lubricates threaded fasteners and low speed running bearings.

 

Typical Applications

Used for bolt, bushing, pipeline, fittings, flange, gasket, coping, manifold, nut, stud etc.Also can be used for high temperature furnace and crane assembly, turbine bolt, coal breaker, die-casting machinery and heat exchanger.
