Brief introduction

The oxynitride yellow phosphor ZYP570N is a product for white LEDs, independently developed by our company(patent has been approved). Its structure is different from that of YAG and TAG. It is applied to the packaging of white light LEDs, furthermore, it will breakthrough foreign white light patents.

Primary Characteristics

Appearance:Yellow crystal powder.

Chemical Component:Rare earth oxynitride.

Chemical Stability:No decomposability in water, strong stability from -50°C to 300°C in the air.

Safety Capability:Meet the RoHS standard, no radiation, no toxicity, no hazard to human, and no pollution to the environment.

Main Parameters

Usages

1.Can be applied to packaging high bright white LEDs of CCT 3500K~4000K.

2.Can be used to manufacture higher color temperature and high color rendering index white LEDs with green phosphors.

3.Can be used to manufacture lower color temperature white LEDs with red phosphors.

4.Can be used to manufacture high color rendering white LEDs with green and red phosphors.

Directions

    Weigh phosphors and epoxy or silicone in correct concentration. Mix phosphors and silicone well and pump in vacuum chamber to eliminate air bubbles. Package some LEDs and measure them. Adjust concentration and repeat the above steps until the desired CIE is achieved.  (Can be mixed with other phosphors)

Packaging:100g/bottle.

Storage conditions:Keep products sealed in bottle and store in a clean and dry environment.
