The oxygen absorber can be divided into the following two kinds: The first one: iron series self-reaction type, it utlizes the chemical reaction of iron and oxygen. It will absorb the oxygen in the food package in order to lengthen the food’s preserving periodThe second one: organic series self-reaction type, the main composition of it is organic material.
Both of them is to make the airtight container under a oxygen-free condition so that the oxygen will not effect the food.
1.Application
Oxymove keeps the foods from oxidation, mildew and rust by absorbing the oxygen in the container. It is suitable not only for fried foods but also for various kinds of foods with low or high moisture content.
1)Inhibit the breed of mold and bacteria to get rid of rot.

2)Get rid of oxidation, color change and keep the taste and smell of the food.

However, for the anaerobes and facultative anaerobes, Oxymove is unavailable.
2. Performance
Oxymove is named by the nominal oxygen absorbed capacity. There are two aspects to value the performance of the oxygen absorber, total oxygen absorbed capacity and nominal deoxidize time.

3. Usage
How to choose and determine the Oxymove type?
Method:Calculate the oxygen volume inside the container first. Choose a type whose nominal oxygen absorbed capacity is the same with it or a littler larger than it to keep the container no oxygen.
Please choose bags or containers that are good in air proof while use Oxymove .
The oxygen transmission rate of the bags or container packaging material should be below 20ml/m2·atm·24hr.
Use a Sealing equipment to seal the package to prevent the air from outside.
Attention:
lDon’t use a knife while open the carton case.
lDon’t use if the scathes in the bag are loose. The bag may be air leak.
Catch a side of the bag and take it vertically. If the scathes fall off, the product can not be used.
lDo have a check that the indicator is pink.
lTake out the needed quantity after open the bag. Put the sachets dispersedly and do not cover.
Extrude the air inside the bag and seal the bag.
lAir exposure time.(Place in the air)
4 hours after opening the bag.
Notice: Please use it ASAP while work in a high humidity place.
4. Shelf life
6 months after manufacturing date.
It is necessary to have a practical package test before the mass production when use the oxygen absorbers. The effects are different caused by various factors, such as the tightness of the manufacture machine, the package technique, time of oxygen absorber exposure and the property of the food.
Please check and confirm the oxygen absorber type after the practical package test.
