EFF-02 animal protein based cement foam agent is made from select animals (cattle, sheep) keratin protein as the main raw material, the finished products produced through a series of hydrolysis reactions, heating solution, dilution, filtration, heat shrink. Imported advanced production equipment and applied the latest manufacturing technology, strict production process, quality management, product was dark brown viscous liquid, low impurity content, less pungent odor, quality uniform, quality consistency, and has good foaming and excellent foam stability, it is a new generation of animal protein foaming agent. Dosage proportion:

Water: EFF-01(KG)             25-30kg: 1kg

Water: Cement                 0.6-0.7kg: 1kg         

Benefits:

1. Owing to the bubble surface is so strong, the foam is stable, and the bubble in the foam concrete is in independent and closed state, it is disconnected among the bubbles, so the foam concrete has good anti- permeability ability.

2. The foam concrete produced by animal protein based foaming agent with more air proof and thermal insulation ability, and more strong than the foam concrete produced by plant protein based foaming agent in the same density.

3. Because of its excellent foam stability and its one-time pouring cement thickness of the foam can reach more than 1.5 meters without collapse, and thus it suitable for foam concrete blocks (CLC block), lightweight concrete plates, and lightweight concrete wall plate production.

Package and storage:

200kg plastic drums or 1000L drums. Storing in cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid to strong sunshine directly. -5C-25C
