ST-110 Zinc Oxide Desulfurization Sorbent
ST-110 sulfur removal catalyst is used for desulfurization of split gas from residual oils , synthetic gas ,
converted gas ,etc .In addition to adsorption for the inorganic sulfur compounds , The catalyst also has the capacity
of conversion and adsorption for some organic sulfur compounds . It can work in severe conditions with high sulfur
absorption capacity, high activity, high strength , good sustainability for activity and sulfur absorption capacity,
and good tolerance to high steam/gas ratio.Sulfur concentration in feed gas is reduced below 0.1ppm by processing
with ST-110.

Poisons
Oxygen: oxygen content in feed gas(oil) should not exceed 0.5%. Excessive oxygen may lower breakthrough sulfur capacity of the sorbent.
Chlorine: Chlorine presence in any state will affect desulfurization result.
3.Packing and transportation
180Kg/Steel drum with plastic-liner
The sorbent product is packed in air-tight plastic or iron barrels with plastic lining to prevent moisture and chemical
attack.
Tumbling, collision and violent vibration should be avoided during transportation to prevent breakage of the sorbent.
