Action mechanism

Sizing enzyme is a kind of incision enzyme, which could hydrolyze starch, soluble dextrin and α-1,4-glycosidic bond of oligosaccharide. However, it couldn’t hydrolyze α-1,6-glycosidic bond, instead to cross over itand continue hydrolyzing.

After the use of sizing enzyme, the viscosity of paste starch decreases rapidly, and produces soluble dextrin and oligosaccharide withα-1,6-glycosidic bond. The starch chain was cut off at this function, its viscosity declines while its strength retains.

It is non-toxic. When contact with this product directly, wash your hands with plenty of water.
