Compact module with two rotative tables, syncronized with a vertical bridge-press.
It has five working stations, Three of them for the mechanical cap forming and the other two for application and centrifugation of the compound.
1. FIRST STATION: CALIBRATION AND INITIATION OF PRE-CURLING: Corrects ondulation previously done in the press and initiates a precurling.
2. SECOND STATION:PRECURLING: Using a die.
3. THIRD STATION: CURLING AND LUG FORMING: Through an axial pressure, the curling and lugs are formed.
4. FOURTH STATION: LINING: By programming the weight, number of turns and speed of rotation, the compound is applied.
5. FIFTH STATION:CENTRIFUGATION: The cap is centrifugated for an equal distribution compound.
All the stations work in a vertical position. The bases are always rigid and have a single tooled station. All caps are made by the same tool.Standard tinplate,double reduced tinplate(DR) or tin free steel(TFS) can be worked on the machine.
