The XGD-A high-low pressure thin oil lubrication system mainly applies to lubricating static-dynamic pressure oil film bearings of vertical mills and its accessories, as well as other machine tools and machineries equipped with static-dynamic pressure oil film bearings. Its service medium is N22-N320 extreme gear oil or film bearing lubrication oil and other mechanical lubrication oils.The operating principle of such static-dynamic pressure lubrication is as follows:High pressure system is used during the start-up, running at low speed and shut-off of the host machine, thus the static pressure oil film is formed.When the host machine operates at such speed that dynamic pressure oil film is formed, the HP pump will stop supplying oil, instead, the LP pump starts to work to maintain the liquid friction requirements.The equipment consists of thin oil lubrication equipment, instrument panel and electrical cabinet.The main performance refers to performance parameters, system diagram and outline dimension table.
