Vibrating System: The molding modes are vertical orientation vibration, pressurizing vibration and fixed demolding. As a synchronizer at the same time, the vibrator (patented) adopts special multi-shaft ones, featuring large and uniform vibrating forces on the bedplate transferred and good synchronism. Besides, multiple groups of air cushion damping devices are set up in the vibrating system and the working pressure of the air cushion can be freely adjusted within a certain range and preset according to product demand. Therefore, the shock excitation of the vibrator will not be inhibited and the vibrating system lies in bidirectional suspension “soft landing” state in the whole working process and limit states. The reasonable layout makes it have optimal vibrating isolation and excitation functions and effectives reduces the working noise and avoids the extension of vibration, thus extending the service life of the host machine.
Feeding System: The new unique reciprocating feeding system can make the material fully rotates, increases the feeding area and reduces feeding time, featuring uniform cement paste packing and good grain splicing effect.
