2. Character and composition of the plant
The plant use automatic micro processor control technology and four digitals 0.56"display,advanced technology, high integration, easy operating, friendly interface and excellent anti-interference. The system is reliable and durable and able to stand extreme temperature and there is no restriction to it.
The plant is automatically and hydraulically controlled. There are hydraulic mould extractor, screw feeder, mixer, pallet car, etc. The area for the machinery is very small (only about 30M2). Since the plant is automatically operated, so a lot of manpower is saved. The installation for single set of machinery is 18.5Kw. The gypsum block product is of high dimension precision, smooth surface, perfect shape. Gypsum block of different size can be produced on same machine just by replacing with relative different molds.
