Working principle

Heat conduction oil furnace (also called heat conduction oil heater) is the electric heater directly into organic vehicle (heat conduction oil) for heating. Using circulating pump ,forced heat conduction oil for liquid phase circulation, then it will transfer the heat to one or more using hot equipments. After the using hot equipment of unloading,through the circulating pump,return to the heater. Then absorbing heat transfer to the using hot equipment again,so round and round,realizing the continuous heat transfer,making the temperature of using hot equipments increase,achieving the technological requirements.

 

Application

Heat conduction oil heater temperature control by digital-display attemperation, with super temperature alarm, low oil level alarm, super pressure alarm functions, and it is widely used in chemical, petroleum, machinery, printing and dyeing, textile, food, the ships, the film industries. It is a kind of high energy efficiency heating equipment.

Liquid phase transportation heat energy,can under low working pressure and get high temperature, heat carrier is smaller than the water saturation steam pressure 70 ~ 80 times,general heating for less than 0.3 MPa.
