Performances:
1. Wide adaptability of fuel
In Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler, fuel occupies 3% of bed materials only, and incombustible solid particles. With special hybrodynamic force features, the gas-solid and solid-solid are mixed well in the circulating fluidized bed boiler,so after the fuel enters into hearth, it will be quickly mixed with large amount of bed materials, then fuel is heated to the ignition terperature, and simultaneously, the temperature of bed isn't lower obviously. Therefore, all coals shuold be burnt efficiently in this boiler. If you change the coal in the operation, combustion equipment and boiler body would also higher combustion efficiency without any modification.
2. High combustion efficiency
The basic difference between Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler and other boilers is combustion system. The former is composed of combustor , material collector and back-feeder. High-temperature material accesses to material collector by air flow, then materials collected ernters into back-feeder,through which are transported to combustor to conduct several circulating combuston. So the efficiency of combustion is higher.
3.Wide scope of load control and fast load control
The load often changes in the operation of boiler.When the load is lower below 70%, the combustion efficiency and heat efficiency of other boiler is lower obviously with unstable combustion, and sometimes normal burning cannot be maintained; However, Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler can improve only by adjusting coal supply, air dose and circulating mass of return materials. Thus, its load can be adjusted within 30%-110%; in addition,the regulation speed of circulating fluidized bed boiler is also fast due to high air velocity of cross-section and controllable heat absorption, which can reaches 4% per min.generally.
4.Clean combustion technique
Simple desulfurization can be conducted in the hearth by adding lime stone in the Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler. When Calcium sulfur mole ratio is 2, the desulfurization efficiency would reach to 80%; Due to grading supply and low-temperature burning adopted in the operation, the generation of NOx is lower. Therefore, it greatly reduces the discharge value of SOx and NOx, and improves the atmospheric and environmental quality.
5.Easy for the comprehensive utilization of ash
Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler belongs to low-temperature burnt. Simultaneously, good after-combustion condition makes carbon content of ash lower, which is easy for the comprehensive utilization.
6.Heating surface for lmmersed tubes not arranged in Bed
Heating surface for lmmersed tubes are not arranged in the bed of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler, thus avoiding the wear of heating surface for immersed tubes. In addition, due to there is no heating surface of immersed tubes, it is easy for starting and stopping the boiler, and also can be directly activated after long-time fire banked.
