Way of making:Roller Blind has 2 types. 28 Tube and 38 Tube.(The 28 Tube is his diameter of top tube is 28 mm,The 38 Tube is his diameter of top tube is 38 mm),upper tube is aluminium tube,bottom tube is steel tube, each has a seam.The upper tube has no painting,the bottom is painted.

Upper side of roll up fabrics is sewed with braid and bottom side is sewed with plastic tape.

The seam of upper tube(no painted) and bottom tube(painted) is for fabrics to insert into.

Packing:fabrics and tubes are assembled,and  hardwares(system head and bear) are packed in small bag ,then packed together in PET box.
