we would like to use double butted seamless 3AL2.5V titanium tube to make bike frame

I would like to use double butted seamless 3AL/2.5V titanium in the following sizes:

Top Tube -  round shape tubing that is 38mm x 0.9mm

Down Tube - round shape tubing that is 40 mm x 0.9mm

Seat tube - round shape tubing that is 34.9mm x 0.9mm external and 31.6 x 0.9mm internal 

Chain stay - oval to round shape 19mm x 0.9mm

Seat stay - round shape 16mm x 0.9mm

Head Tube 38.1mm x 21.5mm

Bottom bracket - 68mm
