YW elbow cold forming machine

This device can be used to manufacture bends of 1D~1.5D radius.two pushing method:core rode forming and steel ball push .core rode push is equiped with semi-automatic mechanical demoulding device. Machine consist of body(frame),die-closing cylinder ,side cylinder, demolding device.control mechanism consist of power station,stroke switch ,pipeline and electric control box, operating box. Forming principle:pipe billet ,at die cavity like tunnel , and the die cavity is clamped by external force , is pushing from guidance section into forming cavity by hydraulic ejector rod to bend forming . The forming cavity is equiped inner core .then demold with demolding device.the whole process is contral by PLC.
