The thermal air rotary oven comprises of front, middle and back air adjustment mechanisms, blowing motor, driving unit, oven door adjustment unit, thermal air circulation part, electric control system as well as insulation part. The front and middle air adjustment mechanisms are made with 1.5mm thick stainless steel via welding and the insulation layer bears no obvious deformation and displacement at the temperature not more than 3000C. On the other hand, the back air adjustment mechanism is built with 3.0 thick A3 sheets through welding. The heat generated by the electric heating tube in the back air adjustment mechanism is conveyed to bake stuffs inside the baking chamber via the blowing motor, air supply devices in the front and middle air adjustment mechanisms as well as air return device in the back air adjustment mechanism. It is revealed by repetitive tests that no obvious deformation takes place to those front, middle and back air adjustment mechanisms at temperature below 3000C and included so that the baking results are not influenced.
