The two torches are equipped with up-and-down, left-and-right tracing device. Theseachieve the continuous welding of dissymmetry beam and the uniformity and finishedwelding surface. The trace rails are made of 43kgs U71Mn grade, which is the high strength of heavyrails. The surface of the two sides is processed by rail grinding machine. Eachrail is 2 meters. Longitudinal drive is dual-side gear rack symmetry drive. Longitudinal and transversedrives are combined with NEUGART gearbox.
