1) Structural composition

Prestressed concrete anchor system is composed of extrusion cans, extrusion springs, shims, restraint rings, spiral bars and steel strands.

2) Application and performance

JYM15 anchors are used in conjunction with wedge-type circular anchors while JYM15B anchors are used in conjunction with wedge-type flat anchors. These anchors apply to Ø15.24 or Ø15.7 steel strands. Supported by a ZB500-2×2 electrical oil pump, a JY45-150 extruder is used to make an anchor head of extrusion cans, extrusion springs together with steel strands which provides anchorage efficiency coefficient ≥95%.

Extrusion anchors are generally used where post-tension forces are to be directly passed to the beam end.
