The main body is made of nodular cast iron to ensure stable performance Under tough situation.  

1. The shell is made of 219# seamless and 7mm in thickness.

4. Built-in slip ring: copper brush slip ring (over 80% copper content) is of high resistance to abrasion and will serve as long as over 7 years, which is rare in brush slip ring (less than 2 years) common in the market.

5. Stator and rotor: 470# Silicon

6. Bearing: hrb 206

7. Tail: End Drum, 1.5mm Cold plate spray, 2mm 3*6 Square Tube spray

8. Blades: High-strength glass fiber reinforced plastic

9. The generator is 580mm in length, 219mm in diameter and weighs 210kg(the whole above-tower part); the tail is 2500mm long.

10. The generator is designed to serve over 15 years and works with less vibration due to the combination of rational structure design of the generator and even weight distribution in blades.
