TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Operating principleWhen temperature of the sensing bulbgoes up or down,bellows in temperature controller will be mpressed orlengthened, so push the switcher by lever arm in cuton or cutoffstatus.So that it can protect sys tern working in normal status.The temperature of temperature controllers proper is indicated bysymbols TS.the temperature of sensor bulb by Tb.
The direction of switch action during temperature increasing is indicated by the arrowhead.The length of capillary tube may be meter,3 meter or special specification to 10 meter.
Usage:1.The sensing bulb of the temperaturecontrol should be set in the tem perature controlled area with good airventilation and correct temperature indicated.But it should betaken care to place the sensing bnlb on the return air side instead ofcold air outlet side,where air cooler is used in the cold storage. 2.The capillary tube between the sensing bulb and the boby of controlshould not Pass through the region with temperature olwer than thetemperature controlled, nor should it be in contact with other pipes. 3.During installation,the radius of bend lug curvature for thecapillary tube should not be less than 60mm., and the capillary tubeshuld be clamped with straps 3OOmm.apart 4.By turning thebutton of main adjusting screw and differential adjusting screw beforeturning the locating washer should be turned off,the temperature anddifferential temPeature settings may be adjusted respectively accordingto he values indicated on he scale.5.Mounting size62X43.5mm.
