Difenacoum:APPLICATIONS Biochemistry :Second-generation anticoagulant rodenticide. Inhibits the vitamin K-dependent steps in the synthesis of clotting factors II, VII, IX and X. 

Mode of action :Indirect anticoagulant rodenticide.
