Features:

Excellent thermal conductivity;Good electric insulation, operational stability;Resistant to high temperature and aging, it can be used in the temperature of -50°C-200°C for a long time;ow freeness;Nontoxic, odorless, non-drying, do not harden and do not dissolve;Completely in conformity with ROHS.

Advantages:

 High thermal conductivity, reaches 1.2[W/(m·K)] Low freeness. It is less than 0.5% under 200°C for 8 hours Excellent temperature resistance. it do not cure and flow under 200°C.

Application:

It is usually used as the thermal conductive medium in electronic components to reduce the heat resistant of the contact surface, consequently reduce the temperature of the electric component.

Process and precautions:
