Introduction:

The putty is maded by polymer resin binder, inorganic silicate fillers and additives, and has a high bonding strength and surface hardness. It is used to cover the full wall or partial leveling, such as cement mortar, concrete, etc.

Direction:

1. The product is kept in bags and the bags should be sealed to prevent moisture.

2. Add water to the putty and the ratio of putty and water is 100: (30-40). Stir uniformly and control appropriate viscosity.

3. Putty should be putted aside for 15 to 30 minutes until it has matured.

4. Do not scratch too thick at a time, generally 0.5-1.0mm. If local area is apparent uneven, we should scratch the putty more times, avoid of too thick to dry.

5. If the wall is too dry or water-absorbent is large, we can firstly coated water with roller to soak the wall to enhance the combination of wall and putty.

6. Polish the putty smoothly and scrap a second time after the putty has been dry.

7. Polish the putty smoothly, remove the floating ash and brush primer or finish after the second putty is dry.

Coverage:

20 kg putty powder can scratch about 20-40 m2 of wall, only for reference (depending on surface flatness and full batch layer thickness).

Attention:

1. Before scrapping the putty, fill the holes with professional flat seams powder. The old wall should be cleared of paint, oil, shell and floating dust.

2. The putty should prevent from moisture. Environmental temperature is about 5-40 °C;

3. Do not dip wet hand into the putty bag, and can not mix with other materials.

4. If there are many cracks on the wall, use professional seam tapes and powder to fill them (reference to the professional instruction of joints powder);

5. Prevent the putty from rain after construction within 24 h.
