Long press the button about 5 seconds, then leave hold of the button. Hours number flashing, and then a short press the button, set the hours. Long press the button about 5 seconds, then leave hold of the button. Minutes number flashing, and then a short press the button, set the minutes. Long press the button, then date number flashing, and then set the date.
