Ceramic filter grain and sand

Ceramic filter grain and sand is produced from high-quality pot clay, additive pore-making agent and adhesive solvent through ball grinding, screening, molding and calcining. It has the advantages of ridid surface, microporous interior, large specific surface area, and high porosity, etc. Under the same conditions, ceramic filter grains enjoy faster filtration speed, longer regeneration cycle, and water output several times higher than that of silicious filter sand, and it can save 35-50% of water needed by that. It can be used as filter material in slow filtration pool, fast filtration pool, monolayer filtration pool or multi-layer filtration pool, or be used to treat city water, industrial water and industrial sewage. It can also be used as microbial carrier to form biological filtration pool. It is the best biological fiter material to remove 16 mateirals in water including organic ammonia and nitrite.
