Included Single type and Double type,Need to leak test, Body & Cover were made with cast iron of JIS G 5501 FC20, Filter made with zinced sheet of JIS G 3103 SS41, The other parts were made according to JIS G 5502 FCD450, JIS G 3101 SS41,JIS G 4303  SUS 42011, JIS F 7102.

--- Machining:

   We machine all the parts with NC Machine and Machining center.

--- Inspection:

   The inspector checks the machining dimensions one by one in processing. We also spot check them in a set ratio by CMM and supply the CMM report before shipment.

--- Packing:

   The inspector supervises the entire process of packing and supplies the photo of each package.
