Description: White or almost right crystalline powder, odorless, flavor bitterness, little stimulation, soluble in water.
Specification: count by anhydrous, content (C8H6NNaO3) more than 97.0%; Moisture: less than 3.0%; heavy metal: less than 0.001%
Pharmacological action: It mainly prevents virus entry into the host cells, and effect the uncoating of virus, could inhibit the replication of virus in poultry bodies, has effective inhibited for poultry orthomyxoviru and paramyxovirus. Oral administration, could assimilate easily by gastrointestinal tract, the drug concentration will be highest in liver after oral 30 minutes, most will be conversion to active metabolite by liver and gut esterase, the metabolite excreted by the kidneys within 36 hours.
Indication: used for prevent and treat poultry colds, antypical Newcastle disease, duck plague ,virus respiratory disease and other infectious disease.
Dosage: treatment: 1g soluble in 20L water, used for 100pcs poultry, continuously 3 – 5 days.
Prevention: 1g soluble in 40L water, used for 200pcs poultry, continuously 2 – 3 days.
During the peak season for the disease, a new course after seven days
Precaution: have little stimulation to skin mucosa.
Withdrawal period: 3 days.
