I. Brief introduction
ZXN series of pneumatic diaphragm straight-through double-seat regulating valve are equipped with multiple springs actuator and double guide structure. With advantages of compact structure, light weight, acute movement, small pressure drop, large allowable differential pressure, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristic and convenient maintenance, this product can be used under severe working conditions.
It is especially suitable in the working situation when the press difference of the valve is relatively large and the requirement about leakage is not very strict. This series can be divided into standard type, heat sink type, low temperature type, sylphon sealed type, jacket insulated type, etc. Product nominal pressure (PN): 1.6, 4.0, 6.4 (MPA)
Valve body caliber: 20-220 mm
Applicable fluid temperature: between -196 °C and +560 °C

II. Product Feature
This product adopts the balanced spool structure with a small axial unbalanced force, large allowable differential pressure and excellent stability. With good interchangeability, the sleeve is easy for dismounting and maintenance. The full-metal spool structure can be applied in various workplaces, reaching the leakage level of Class IV.
ZXMQ type of soft sealing structure spool has reached the leakage level of Class VI. According to fluid mechanics principle, the valve body is designed as the flow channel of low flow resistance with uniform section with a great adjustable range.
The inherent rangeability is 50 and the rated flow coefficient is increased by 30%. The actuator adopts a multiple-spring structure with the height reduced by 30% and the weight reduced by 30%.
ZXMV type of sylphon sealed valve forms complete encapsulation from the moving valve handle, which can prevent the fluid from leaking out.
ZXMJ type of regulating valve is equipped with a thermal insulation jacket, which suitable in the situation that blocking is caused by crystallization and solidification after fluid cooling.
