Road milk tanker 3-60tons:

All the inside close ups are using one time moulding head. And all the radius of the arc of the inner R corners are larger than 30mm. To ensure there is no dead angle inside the tank. the insulations are using the PUF. Temperature raises less than 2°C every 8 hrs:

1.About the material 

Mainly use 304-2B stainless steel plate ,inside wall uses 3mm thickness outer wall uses 2mm thickness plate, one time punching seal head uses 2.5mm thickness plate.

2 .Special welding process

Automatic TIG process, to gain the good outlook and reduce the crack and pit.

3.Special molding process and vacuum foaming process.

The inside seal heads are using special molding process by one time punches, to make the radii larger than 30mm. And using two seal heads back-to-back welding process,to make sure the both side have the big radian transition make the inner surface smooth, no dead angle left, easy wash.

Using polyurethane vacuum foaming process to get better isolation ability, which has the perfect warmth keeping ability and keep the temperature raise within 1 °C every 8 hrs. 

4.Milk out-let pipe

Each milk compartment has one set separate Drainage pipe itself, which uses Φ50×2.0 polished stainless steel pipe work (sanitary parts), all prearranged in the polyurethane isolation layer to make sure no frozen occurs in winter and no milk rotten occurs in summer  when unloading the milk.

5.The CIP cleaning system

Equipment with automatic self-rotation ball inside the tank, and CIP couple joint outside.

6. Hidden set tools and milk sample box

The Hidden set tools and sample box design make the vehicle to keep the good outlook perfectly and convenient to use .

7.The design of the manhole cover:

All the covers are anti-overflow designed, to avoid the overflow and leakage of the milk.

8.The upper skid proof platform.

There is an upper skid-proof platform above the tank made of the skid-proof plates with Φ25mm pipe handrails of 250mm height, to keep the operator safety.

9.The breath airway

The airway edge from the plate is no less than 300mm,with the diameter no less than Φ120mm.

10 .The outlook design

The scientific long axis and short axis design tank meets the hydrokinetics requirements and ensures the safety of drive.

11 .The chassis of the vehicle

  The vehicle chassis the FAW chassis.

Milk Transport Trailer
