The electrical performances of S11 model 35kV power transformer lately designed by our company are completely in compliance with the requirements and regulations by national standards GB 1094-2008 and GB/T6451-2008 and its no-load loss and load loss are 20% and 5% less than those of GB/T 6451-2008 respectively .

The iron core selects excellent cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel plate. With multi-stage stepper full miter structure, the cross-section of iron core uses optimized cross-section of iron core. During production, excellent shearing equipment is used so that the burr on iron core is controlled to be less than 0.01mm and craftmanship coefficient of iron core is very low. The insulation of winding and transformer body uses new structure researched by ourself,which increases the electrical performance, improves the capacity of withstanding short-circuit and reduces no-load/load losses.
