BENDING REQUIREMENTS

Material: Alloy, Stainless, Temper, Seamless, Welded, etc.(OD) Outside Diameter(WT) Wall thickness(CLR) Centerline Radius(ST) Minimum straight between tangents(BA) Maximum bend angleNOTE: Unless otherwise specified or required, clamp dies and clamping length of bending forms will be 4 x O.D. for bends on C.L. Radii equal or smaller than 2 x O.D.Clamp dies for radii over 2 x O.D. will have a grip (clamp) length of 3 x tube diameter.Specify any tolerances to be held on part shape.Send prints drawings or samples if available.Specify any special requirements on tools such as Interlock style, lip extension in bend area, reversible mounting, hardening requirements.For square or rectangular tubes specify dimensions, split or one piece bending die style, and "E" or "H" plane of bend.
