Products Introduction:
1. The series of products are mainly used in mechanical property test of stretching, compressing, bending, shearing, peeling and tearing etc. of metal and nonmetal materials.
2. The series of products are of oil cylinder lower placed and double-space framework structure, the stretching and compressing space can be adjusted automatically with hydraulic automatic clamp, and they are set with manual control mode. The control unit is composed by computer and hydraulic system. The testing data can be taken and stored randomly and can realize re-analysis of data and curves, partial amplification and re-edit of data, sample, environment and testing conditions. Besides, the unit can automatically evaluate the indexes of all mechanical properties of the materials and print out integral testing reports and curves.

1. One set of 600KN host machine.
2. Beam lifting system: one set of desk-type hydraulic station.
3. Hydraulic control system: one set of low-noise high-pressure gear pump (Marzocchi) and specialized three-phase asynchronous motor.
4. One set of TEST measuring and controlling system and software (the measuring and controlling system can perform stretching, compressing and bending tests and can be prepared according to the product requirements of users and according to GB, ISO and JIP standards), self-manufactured by the company.
5. One piece of 25MPA high-precision sensor (Zhenhai, Ningbo)
6. One set of high-precision wiring coder and switching device
7. One set of Lenovo brand computer (double core E3400/1G, memory 250G, hard disk/GMA 950, integrated graphics/18.5, LCD).

A. One set of hydraulic automatic stretching clamp (including V-type jaw and wrench jaw, meeting the requirements of stretching tests of bars and plates respectively); (0-30, φ13-φ40mm)

C. One set of bending clamp; (cold bending plunger chip φ30mm)
After-sales Service
1. Warranty scope: the host machine of the testing machine in normal application will be subject to one-year warranty and lifelong repair services. If the host machine is damaged due to non-human reasons, we will repair and replace the spare parts without charge.
2. Training:
A. Within two days after the testing machine arrives at the acquirer's site, our personnel will go to the site for commissioning and train 2-4 operators of the acquirer, and the training place is within the company of the acquirer;
B. The training must make the personnel be able to correctly use the testing machine, software operation, and general maintenance and fault treatment.
