The Prepainted steel coil  consists of galvanized steel base plate and zinc layer protection; because of the organic coating on the surface of the zinc layer which can separate the base plate from the outside atmosphere. The paint-coated steel plate enjoys a longer service life than the ordinary galvanized steel plate. It is said that, the service life of the paint- coated galvanized steel plate is 50% longer that that of the ordinary galvanized steel plate.
