We are equipped with facilities of top quality in the world, such as hydraulic upset forging machine, walking beam quenching furnace,, hot and cold straighten device, friction welding machine, middle frequency heat treatment, numerical control lathe and compete set of ultrasonic inspection and magnetic particle inspection. The whole process includes hot upset forging, heat treatment, hot straightening, could straightening, ultrasonic inspection on pipe body and pipe end, magnetic particle inspection, friction welding, seam inspection. We strictly carry out API spec Q1 quality control system and API Spec 5DP production standard. We have a complete set of inspection process, inspection for raw material, magnetic particle inspection to pipe end, ultrasonic inspection on pipe body, inspection on weld seam linearity testing and visual inspection

For more than 40 years, we've been exploring and developing upon producing various oil drilling tools including Drill Pipe, Drill Collar, Heavy Weight Drill Pipe, Kelly,Pup Joint and so on. Our API drill pipes are of high physical property, for their strictly controlled processing of sulphur and phosphorus.To ensure the materials to meet even surpass the requirements of API Specification, heat treatment is on the basis of the actual chemical analysis of each heat of steel.Strict full-length inspection especially on the weld-neck region ensures the drill pipes are of no defects.
All threads are machined by CNC Lathes and inspected with API Spec standard thread gauges. To improve the galling-resistance during initial break-in and drilling operation, all threads are also phosphated or coppered, and all the roots are cold rolled. The products shall be equipped with pressed steel or plastic steel thread protectors on the connections.
Drill pipes of our company are produced in accordance to Standards of API 5DP, API7 &7-1, NS-1. RUSSIA RTN, RUSSIA GOST-R, ISO 9001,ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Arnco Hardbanding Certificates and so on.
