Dr.COM 2166 B-RAS sets bandwidth strategy united in bandwidth group. It can set that the total bandwidth of all the customers can not exceed the specified value which is united in Kbyte

It sets up the maximum bandwidth of each customer (Dr.COM 2166 B-RAS controls individual bandwidth through service level)

If it exceeds the specified value, it will be automatically stopped.
