Liquid Silicon for Plaster Cornice Molding features: Good flow ability Medium hardness High tearing strength

Introduction of RTV-2 Silicone Rubber

RTV-2 silicone rubber is a two-component material, this kind of silicon rubber consists of Part A base silicon and Part B CA30 curing agent, and Part A base silicon and Part B curing agent can cure at room temperature by a condensation reaction. These materials can be cast into the cured silicon molds: plaster polyurethane, PU, GRC, cement, resin, polyester, wax etc...

Features of RTV-2 Silicone Rubber

1. Good flow ability and long working time

2. Medium hardness

3. High tear and tensile strength

4. Easy de-mould from complex replica parts

5. Acid and alkali-resistance

6. Low linear shrinkage

Applications of  Liquid Silicon for Plaster Cornice Molding

MC RTV2 Silicon Rubber for Plaster Cornice Molding is also suitable for the reproduction of cement molding, concrete stones, artificial stones, plaster molding, figures, art objects, decoration molding, GRC products, gypsum products, resin products, PU molds. Etc.
